This website (“the Site”) is owned and published by ASH Accounting Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales (“the Firm”). Use of the Site is subject to these terms of use (“Terms”) and to the laws of England and Wales.
By visiting the Site (“Use”) all entities (“Users”) are deemed to accept the Terms, which may be varied by the Firm from time to time without notice and republished on this page.
These Terms only govern your Use of this Site. Terms and conditions applying to all other aspects of business relationships between the Firm and its clients are as set out in the Firm’s Terms of Engagement and Standard Terms of Business, both of which are issued to new clients in advance of any services being provided to them.
Use of the Site creates no legal relationships between Users and the Firm other than as specified herein. Whilst the Firm aims to maintain the Site to a reasonable standard, errors, omissions and service interruptions may occur and the Firm accepts no ongoing obligation or responsibility to operate the Site.
Neither the Firm nor any of its directors or employees gives any representation or warranty as to the accuracy, veracity, completeness or reliability of any information on the Site nor as to the fitness of the Site for any particular purpose nor as to the safety, fitness for purpose or quality of products or services offered by other organisations whose websites can be visited via the Site.
It is the responsibility of Users to independently verify information obtained from or via the Site. In no circumstances shall the Firm or any of its partners or employees be liable for any losses or damages suffered as a result of Use of the Site.
All content on the Site including all imagery and text is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or appropriated other than as allowed by law in whole or in part in any form or via any medium without advance permission in writing from the Firm. Should the Firm’s intellectual property rights be violated, it reserves the right to pursue whatever actions may be necessary to prevent ongoing violation and to recover costs and damages through legal proceedings.
Use of the Firm’s Trade Marks or of substantively similar names or phrases including registering them as domain names is prohibited by law. Other Trade Marks referred to on the Site are acknowledged as belonging to their respective owners.
Privacy Policy
The Firm does not collect any personally identifiable information from Users other than through its contact form via which Users may submit enquiries. The Firm may retain and use enquirers’ details for marketing and accounts and records purposes and is registered accordingly with the Information Commissioner’s Office with Data Protection Register.
As a result of computers being used to visit the Site, the Firm is supplied via its hosting provider with anonymous information that is generally limited to listing Users’ internet browser versions, operating systems and IP addresses. None of this information identifies any User personally to the Firm. Such information is used in aggregate form to help the Firm manage and optimise Site design and may be provided to ISPs and law enforcement agencies in the event of abuse or attempted abuse of the Site by any User.
The Site includes links to other websites that are not under the Firm’s control and that have their own terms of use and privacy policies.
