Book-keeping
We offer a full book-keeping service at a very competitive rate. Outsourcing your book-keeping can free you from many of the day to day processing requirements, leaving you able to concentrate on running and developing your business whilst staying HMRC compliant. However, should you prefer to maintain the records yourself we can help with choosing the most suitable method for you, such as excel, or computerised software. We offer tuition and support for whichever method you choose. We are familiar with the latest computerised software, including popular cloud based packages such as Sage Accounting, Sage 50c, Quickbooks and Xero.
Accounts Preparation
We prepare accounts for all types and sizes of business for submission to Companies House and HMRC. Whether you are a “one man band” or a multi million pound organisation, we can help. We also prepare accounts for charities.
VAT
We cover all aspects of VAT including registration, completing VAT Returns and running schemes such as second hand margin schemes, flat rate schemes as well as cash accounting. We can advise on new requirements under HMRC Making Tax Digital regime and guide you through the changes ahead which will be affecting many business over the coming months.
Payroll
We offer a monthly payroll service for all our clients. We will provide payslips emailed securely to our drop box service for you to store and retrieve throughout the year. We can also complete and submit CIS Returns on line for you.
Self Assessment
We can complete your self assessment return for you taking the strain (and pain) of completing your own. We will calculate the tax and national insurance payable and let you know what to pay and when.
Setting up a Limited Company
We can guide you through the set up process and ensure you feel knowledgeable of your responsibilities as a director and shareholder. We are able to purchase a company on your behalf and help you through the stages of becoming VAT registered should you wish to take this step from the beginning.
